Run York and Heworth Harriers are ideal for beginner and social runners of all ages and abilities. There’s no obligation, just turn up, make new friends and run!
Membership of Run York is FREE and Heworth Harriers costs just £5. If you are new to running then these groups are for you.
Many of our members join Run York Plus (see below) and compete in 10ks, half marathons, marathons and ultras. Many still run with us.
Run York Plusis for experienced runners who can comfortably run 10k and want to run longer distances and complete half marathons and marathons.
The £20 annual membership includes two structured and progressive training programs which is ideal for those who have entered Spring and Autumn half marathon and marathon events.
Run York Plus shares the same friendly and relaxed ethos of Run York.
